Every client operates differently so we offer you the flexibility with our bookkeeping services to choose how much you want to do yourself and how much you’d like to pass on to us.
You may wish to scan your invoices and receipts and store them on a shared database. You can even photograph them on your smart phone and save them directly into the accounting software. Alternatively, you may prefer to send them in a pack to us each week or month.
Some clients like to maintain their own records so we also offer the opportunity to hire bookkeeping service software software. We’ll train you on how to use it and we’ll help you if you get stuck. We use cloud-based software, which means that your data is stored on the internet, rather than on a desktop computer. This gives both you and us real-time visibility of your books and records. You can access them anytime and anywhere so long as you have an internet connection. With bank level security, your data is stored safely and securely. The two software packages that we recommend are Xero and Free Agent.
